- V AMuch Improved experience than my previous visit I got an email from Hyundai Bluelink and then a phone call from Hunter Hyundai reminding me of 7,500 mile service. I scheduled a 9 am appointment for 9/12/2019 and arrived ~8:40 am. I waited <10 minutes before Ed, a service advisor, greeted me (there were 2 cars ahead of me). He pointed me to the waiting area after I informed him of my scheduled appointment, I didn't even need to sign in or anything. There were 2 waiting areas, both looked decent and reasonably clean; free wifi, bottle water, coffee and light snack packets were available. The showroom and waiting areas are not as nice as the Audi and Lexus dealership in Greenville, SC (I checked out both dealership before buying the Hyundai Santa Fe) but it is a huge improvement than what I experienced 10 months ago. All my questions and requests were addressed while in the process of purchasing my Palisade. These guys treat their customers like family. Follow up after the purchase is awesome. They do what they promise.
